Class was very informative

The Article 9 training was clear, engaging, and very practical. The Red, Yellow, Green framework made it easy to understand how to approach real-life situations, especially when distinguishing between positive techniques, those requiring approval, and prohibited actions. The scenario-based questions were especially helpful. They pushed me to think critically rather than just memorize information, and they reflected situations I could realistically encounter on the job. The pacing of the training was appropriate, and the content was organized in a way that built understanding step by step. One area that could be improved is providing clearer distinctions between techniques that require approval and those that are prohibited, as that line can feel subtle in certain scenarios. A few additional examples or explanations in those areas would help reinforce understanding. Overall, this was a valuable and well-structured training that increased my confidence in applying Article 9 principles in practice.
