Cindy received her Bachelors of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Masters of Special Education and Post Graduate Certificate of Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Cindy has been active in the Developmental Disability Community for over 20 years. She was the Autism Specialist for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services for 6 years and has worked as a group home and day support provider as well as being a parent of a daughter with autism. She is able to provide support to agencies who provide services to individuals receiving Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waivers. Wither is be documentation, autism or behavior training, person centered thinking or classroom management training Cindy is always striving to provide the most real life experience possible to those she provides training.
