The two presenters of this course did a great job explaining everything clearly and the in person class was informative and fun. I feel more confident with my knowledge now because of these courses and I learned many things I did not know before this course.

TAKE THE IN-PERSON VERSION from SOMEONE else!! It was WAAAAAAAYYYYY tooooooo long of a course and material not applicable to CPR!

TAKE THE IN-PERSON VERSION from a DIFFERENT company!! This course/company needs to cut out all the info UNrelated to course objectives!! There must be a hundred modules and at the end of EACH one, there is a 10 second window that has a single graphic that fades after 5 seconds and you are left to stare at a BLANK green slide for another 5 seconds. It was annoying the first dozen times, but I wanted to throw my computer by the 100th slide!
And why not a speed up the video button?!?!? Clearly, the people who promote these trainings do not have to sit through them, listening to someone SLOWLY drone on about things like how "the Arizona bark scorpion is older than the dinosaurs at about 400,000 years old." ...like that was a worthwhile nugget -no, a VERY IMPORTANT nugget- to include in a FREAKING CPR COURSE!!!! Come on guys!

Inconsistent quality of closed captions

The videos would often have misspelled captioning, captioning inconsistent with audio, and captioning out of sync with audio. This happened especially on the latter half of videos, but also happened in the entirety of multiple videos.
In addition, there were no provided explanations for incorrect answers on the final quiz.
