I have had this training every two years as long as I can remember. These days it is easier because with technology we are able to complete a majority of the training online. As technology advanced in this new aged world, we only had to complete the skills portion in person. This has its cons and pros of course. Over the last 10 years as I arrive to complete my skills test, I have arrived several different companies in which I completed the cert, and they were not prepared for my arrival or rushed me during the skills test because they overscheduled and double and triple booked. This was my first with Omnean and I could not be happier. The scheduling was easy enough through the website. When I had issues with the website I called, and a person was on the other end prepared to assist me. The online course was through and informative. When I had struggled to find the location for my skills test, I was able to speak with a person to guide me on where to go. This is rare! Especially for larger companies. Upon arrival the instructor was very pleasant and took the time to explain that as a class we would all walk through the steps together. We would all be assessed on our skills individually, but we would run through every step as a team. No person would be in the hot seat or made to feel as they were in display for others amusement. This I absolutely loved!! After the class they instructor did NOT try to sale us products or use the class as an advertisement. This I also loved!! The instructor gave a small free gift in the form as a key chain, and I greatly appreciated this. She made sure to say goodbye to each individual as we all left. I will forever continue to take classes through Omnean. I drove over an hour to this class because it was the only one offered during my available schedule and I am happy I did. I would trade miles for curtesy and gratitude any day. They did not disappoint!

I recently completed a CPR and First Aid skills class, and it was a very informative and hands-on experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, clear, and made sure everyone understood the procedures through demonstrations and practice. I appreciated how the course focused on real life scenarios, which helped me feel more confident in responding to emergencies both in and outside of work. The class covered adult, child, and infant CPR, AED usage, and basic first aid techniques like treating burns, wounds, choking, and more. I especially liked how interactive the training was it wasn’t just lectures, but also included time to practice on mannequins and ask questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to gain or refresh lifesaving skills. It’s a great blend of theory and practical application, and it gave me the confidence I need to step in and help during an emergency.
