DCW Level 1 Fundamentals Testing

upon arrival needed to wait for sign in, person before me took the list with him and left on table, had to ask for the sign in after I had started the test in order to sign in. I had filled out the paperwork as instructed and when I turned them all in, the person at the desk said, I didn't need half of them for they didn't apply to me. I ended up taking Fundamentals Level 1 DCW and Fundamentals Level 2 DCW to which I found out later by my agency that I wasn't supposed to be tested on Fundamental Level 2 DCW for I didn't have the training for it. There was distraction by one person who kept getting up and leaving it seemed every 5 min. on the other side a gentleman had a walking stick that kept falling, was thinking I was about to be hit. There was one who used her phone for her answers. I felt the office was very unorganized. I asked if there was a supervisor available to go over some questionable answer results to which I had been shown as my answer was not correct. I could not see which answers were correct or wrong put yet supposedly have failed the test. Was informed no one was available for at least a half hour. I was not informed of a physical part of the test that was to take place since I had previously done my CPR training and had my Certificate of Completion done in December. Not receiving needed answers pertaining to the failing and trying to get retested as required. I felt very uncomfortable the 1 1/2 hr I was there for my test taking experience.

A 4 hour class is a slog, but Chris made it kind of fly by. He is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and straightforward.

Everyone there was just so kind, so patient, and so sweet.
